Happy Creek Minerals Ltd.'s Cariboo properties are located approximately 75 to 80 kilometres northeast of 100 Mile House, in the south central Cariboo region, British Columbia, Canada. The properties all have excellent infrastructure in place, and are situated in the general vicinity of the former Boss Mountain molybdenum mine. Happy Creek owns 100 percent of five diverse properties -- Silverboss, Fox, Hen, Art-DL and Hawk.

The area surrounding the former Boss Mountain mine has been explored since the Cariboo Gold rush; however, widespread and thick glacial till, dense forest cover and difficult terrain have limited access. The Boss Mountain mine was put into production in 1965 by Noranda Inc. Exploration of the area was always somewhat superficial in nature, and although the mine was operating, access of the region was limited. During the 1990's, logging road construction opened up many new areas, and locally exposed bedrock. It was also during the 1990's that British Columbia experienced a major decline in overall exploration efforts by mining companies. During this period, prospecting led by David Ridley resulted in locating several new prospects. In 2004 and 2005, additional mineral claims were staked and Happy Creek acquired 100 percent of five properties.

Happy Creek has advanced its projects quickly with low cost. Mineralization at the Boss Mountain mine extends outward and onto the company's adjoining Silverboss property.

Approximately 25 kilometres east of Boss Mountain mine, drilling in 2007 on the Fox property has resulted in the discovery of a large scale tungsten molybdenum system and indicated that the Fox property has underlying similarities to the Boss Mountain mine. Further drilling is planned to define a tungsten-molybdenum skarn resource and locate a large bulk tonnage molybdenum deposit.

Happy Creek's Hen property has advanced quickly. Exploration returned a large area containing positive copper, lead, zinc and gold in soil and rock indicating the potential for a bulk tonnage copper +/- molybdenum target at Anomaly Creek. Additionally, there are several significant gold showings on the eastern side of the property in the Hen, Ledge and Dyke zones.

Adjacent to the eastern border of the Hen property is the Art-DL property. The geology and preliminary gold results are very similar to the Spanish Mountain property, owned by Skygold Ventures Ltd., which hosts 1.75 million ounces of gold. Skygold Ventures has acquired claims adjoining the Art-DL property. Exploration to date on the Hawk property suggests potential for a large scale bulk tonnage type copper, gold and silver deposit may occur. The property is located within the Quesnel Trough, a geological terrain known for hosting at least five producing mines.
